Dinner with Class. Learn a little. Taste everything.

A relaxed, wine-friendly look behind a beautiful dinner. Chef Eric handles the demanding prep, then invites your group to touch, taste, assemble and plate before sitting down together to enjoy what you helped create.

A table you help create

Behind the plate—without turning dinner into school.

The difficult prep is already done. Guests are invited into the satisfying part: tasting, touching, assembling, finishing and understanding how a beautiful dinner comes together before everyone sits down to enjoy it.

01

The kitchen, without the pressure

Use every sense

Chef Eric opens the process: why an ingredient was chosen, how aroma changes a bite, where texture creates contrast and how one final touch can make a plate feel complete.

Make it together, then share the table

The HGM difference

Participation, not performance.

The point is not to prove who can cook. It is to make the craft visible, invite people into the moment and let food become the reason everyone connects.

Planning your experience

Frequently asked questions.

Is Dinner with Class a cooking lesson?

It is intentionally less technical. Chef Eric completes the intensive preparation and guides guests through tasting, assembling, finishing and plating so the evening feels social and accessible.

Do guests cook the entire meal?

No. The experience is designed around meaningful participation rather than hours of prep. Guests interact with selected components and courses, then sit down to enjoy the finished dinner.

Can the menu be customized?

Yes. The menu, level of participation and pacing are shaped around the occasion, group size, dietary needs and culinary direction you want to explore.
